Warranty Repair
Diezel Amplification provides a 10 year warranty to the original owner with proof of purchase from Authorized Diezel Dealers or from Diezel USA direct. This warranty applies only if the amplifier has not been damaged by accident, misuse or as a result of repair or modification.
ALL REPAIR WORK MUST BE DONE BY A DIEZEL CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. NOT FOLLOWING THIS PROCEDURE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
This will ensure the original owner and Diezel Amplification that the work is done correctly and that there is knowledge of a service history with each amp. Diezel USA will make any necessary repairs for parts and labor under this warranty period to original owners with proof of purchase. Shipping charges to and from our repair location are to be paid by owner. Warranty does not cover shipping costs. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result from accident or misuse. This warranty will be cancelled at the sole discretion of Diezel USA if the product has any signs of tampering, unauthorized service or modifications as well as any damage resulting from physical abuse or failure to follow operation guidelines. Diezel Amplification reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To obtain warranty service, it is imperative that you provide Diezel USA with a copy of your original proof of purchase and warranty card (available at time of purchase through your Diezel dealer). If you are unable to provide a receipt you will be fully responsible for all repair charges. Tubes are not a warranty item.
Non-Warranty Repair
There is no warranty coverage for non-original owners nor is a warranty transferable. Of course, we at Diezel USA are happy to serve owners who purchase their amplifier pre-owned should your amp ever need servicing. Labor charges will occur for our work on your amplifier at a labor rate of $95.00 per hour. Parts will be additional.
Shipping
All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the amp owner.
